I work for Edgar's 38 year in Augustus 2020 I have been retrenched I had account protection plan wish only paid out half of what was agreed on after numors calls and RCS on my back I start to pay I paid last pay due on my account and ask for a statement but on store level they can not president one to you, so I phone RCS and hoopie they send the statements to me no questions ask the second time I send email requesting my statement no feedback I then phone RCS to ask for my ID number give it her then she all kinds of security questions next minute call was transferred to fraud departments I ask why the guy said he does not know but will tray and help ask me again security questions why by this time I started get angry I am not a criminal he transferred me to another ladies also some questions she told me sorry you filled the security check I ask why she sent sorry she will not comment on this so who is now responsible for the statements and how pay . And do not tell me they have to do this . And what's worst I bet you I will not hear from them only to have my Edgar's Account statement.

Charges my account twice for the same order

I was unable to get in touch with AliExpress regarding my account. My orders was placed yesterday 11/22/21, charged of $111.24 . Then early in the morning of 11/23/21, I was charged again with the same total of $111.24 . I needs to know while my account as been charged twice and kindly refund charges back to my account immediately. At this point in time that means my card is in safe in your website.

Call: "Hi! This is Ann....

These people call me 3 times a day and when I get a hold of a representative, they hang up on me!! I'm getting so incredibly PISSED at their harassing phone calls!

I've been receiving these phone calls for the past year from Maine to Canada, to California. I put my cell phone on the "do not call" list and I continue to get calls. If you try to call the number back, it's disconnected. This is so incredibly frustrating to me!!!

Stop harassing me!!!!!

Please just leave me alone. I will never use your services so you're wasting your time!

Divorce Ann I've also been battered by, "Hi this is Ann" calls. I block them constantly, I've down loaded the Free version of Hiya...

it's been ~30% successful, I've also enabled Mr Number and finally found an app called "Wideprotect". It's a one time fee of $2.99 (iOS) and has the ability to block calls based on area code and prefix..... so in f'n Ann's case, all my calls come from Bayonne, NJ.. area code 201, prefix 215, so any calls with that prefix should be dead.

(possibly including a legit "you just won $1M). Anyway, I've downloaded just now, and co-incidentally did NOT give it access to my contacts. So assuming it works Ann and all of Bayonne will never get through!!! Kinda makes me wonder if iOS freelancer Valerii Andrusyk (author of Wideprotect) is behind Ann from Bayonne.

Hmmm, maybe her full name is Ann Andrusyk ??!?! ... Just saying... anyway for the record my cheapassed self has spent a lifetime total of $5 in .99 apps....

so stepping up to a whole $2.99 is HUGE for me, but certainly worth it if Ann divorces me! good luck!

These robocalls keep coming. "HI this is Ann..." its ridiculous. Just this week i've gotten calls from 8 different phone numbers in Bayonne, NJ: 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** 201-215-**** I submitted a complaint about these to the FCC earlier today, not that it will do anything, but its worth a try.

The "HI this is Ann" calls are hitting my company dozens of times a day and wasting an enourmous amount of our labor and time. It is a complete criminal enterprise. There must be some way to find these people and stop these calls.

I asked to be put on the do not call list and they asked for my credit card number. You pretty much have to pay a ransom to not be harassed.

I get about 8 calls per day on my mobile phone. I have to keep my phone on silent which pretty munch renders it useless for anyone trying to get a hold of me immediately. I've been on the national do not call list for 11 years, so that doesn't work.

I don't think the FCC really enforces the do not call list, nor do they care. In the event someone can locate the office of these frauds I sure hope they make they share the info and it goes viral on social media.

Account services robo calls

I am getting calls from an Add Account Services saying that they can lower my credit card interest rates I'm getting these calls for 5 times a day and it's nothing but a huge scam I did some research and here is their company information if you are getting these calls and you are frustrated their phone number is included here let's call that number over and over and just blow it up. Account Services- constant phone calls

I have received numerous calls from this company; when I talked to a human and and started to say I wanted to be removed from their list, they hung up on me. I have responded via text to be removed from their list that I was not interested. I told them that I considered this harrassment and that I was contacing the local police. I was receiving the calls on my cell phone so blocked the phone numbers and they now call from other numbers. Today I received calls on my home number! I have had it!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the local police to see what can be done.

Good luck to everyone who tries to file a complaint against this "Account Services" . I have been called for years sometimes as much as three times a day.

I have pressed the take me off the list so many times I don't count any more. I have filed complaints. I actually talked to these bottom feeders and told them not to call. They call more.Why are they allowed to get away with this?Reporting them does nothing....they keep calling.

The FCC did and does nothing.

If the FCC would offer a cash reward for reporting the illegal calls, disgruntled *** call center employees would collect the reward as they are exiting their job. The problem would be gone forever in a few days.

You could push the button to talk to a "representative" and tell the call center rep about the reward program.

Call the FCC now and demand they take action and offer rewards.

My Dad is very sick and old and gets disturbed when the phone rings, and it rings at all times of the day, especially when he is sleeping.

So, I try to pick it up quickly thinking that it is the family or some doctor calling, but it is the *** Card Services.

So, I found a button on the phone which for do not disturb. It mutes the phone, and you don't even hear the ring nor the people living the message.

So, at about 12 noon I click the button again to unmute the phone, and then I see the messages from the *** company.

I have tried all kinds of things with this company and nothing works.

I am going to Verizon and talk to them to give me a solution.

My Dad is for years in a no call list, I have complained to the FCC.

I cannot believe this happens here in this country. In another country this type of thing would not happen. They would have

blown up their brains already.

My friend told me that some years ago, a man whom he did some work for, did not want to pay him for the job. So a friend of his was from NY, and he called the guy sounding like a mafia ganster--"I'll make you an offer you won't refuse", he said, after telling the guy he was giving him only certain hours to pay the money to my friend. The guy called my friend inmediately and asked him to come and get his cheque.

I feel like doing that to these busters...

I am so sick and tired of "Hi, this is ______ with Account Services"!!!!! I blocked all their phone numbers on my phone, now they have stooped to using "Magic Jack" phone numbers that are not registered!!!!!

I try and complain to the people that answer when I press 1 and get either hung up on or cursed at....This company needs to be SHUT DOWN....they are HARASSING people with these ANNOYING phone calls EVERY DAY!!!!!! I am going right now to see if I can find a site to file a complaint against them.

I called the number 605 610 **** and I went to a voicemail, so it is uncertain whether the information provided by CACTUS is accurate. I have reported this company to the do not call registry, and I think they call more often than before.

there must be a way to charge them for harassment, perhaps mailing a certified letter ordering to stop calling to my number.

But then again, who is this company? perhaps if I go along with their product and I am finally sent accurate information of who they are. And then I will have a real mailing address to make an official request, and if they continue sue these bullies,l cowards, ***

I have the same issue, I am on Do Not Call List and have listed everyone of the numbers yet the calls keep coming. I don't want to get into the game of attempting to block every number because there is a charge to stop them from coming to my cell phone and I would go broke trying. HELP!

After weeks of phone calls on my cell phone from these people, I finally filed a complaint with the FCC. One of the numbers they kept calling me on I finally had to block but now they are calling on different numbers. I hope filing a complaint helps.

The FCC is the right place to report them. Go to fcc.gov/complaints. Since they are making calls across state lines, getting the feds involved will help.

Got several calls from Account Services wanting to lower my credit card rates. I tried to call the number back and I got a recording that said the call could not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again. My cell phone has caller ID with a call back button. All I did was push the call back button. I have been getting this type call for almost a month now. when you do get hold of a person and they find out that you are on the no call list, they will hangup. I am thinking about changing my cell phone number to correct this problem.

They claim to have the lowest card cost till you sign up then it out the window with everything they said and it’s a new game. The 1.5% they said it would be is really 3.00%, the free card reader is $25.00 per month and it goes up every month. They go into your bank account and take money without notifying you so a small business cant balance you check book, plus all you frees well go up every month. Do not sign up with this company.they have never credit any chages back whey would they. the sales person quit, so you have no one to call.

What a boiler room, complete with scripted rebuttals. I should know, I learned these techniques once upon a time. At least we were selling a legitimate service. These people are crooks and should be reported and shut down. The young girl on the phone in response to a question I asked said "slow down, this is just our first date, are you interested in lowering your interest rates, or not?" Please. What a joke. Do you really think I would give this woman my personal information. And then she said she is looking at her sister who works with her. Should that make me feel better? And then to top it off, she talks about how I should hurry up and answer her question, because she has clients waiting. Really? If you had so many "clients" your company wouldn't be making cold calls...

I thought it was suspicious that I got a call from Memphis Tennessee but I have coworkers who are from that area, so I thought maybe it was them. When the call came through, I did answer it but no one responded and they never called back or left a message. I definitely didn't sign up for any services in Tennessee though - I've lived in NJ my whole life and I'm not planning to move anytime in the near future - especially not South of the Mason Dixon line.

Robocalls from "Account Services"

Your link (http://account-services.pissedconsumer.com/custom for this outfit reaches someone who claims to represent a tiny bookkeeping business in Seattle, with 7 employees. The rep says their company is not making the repeated harassing robocalls from "Account Services," in violation of federal law. These calls are commonplace and occur across the country. When you reach a rep by pressing "1" and ask to be taken off their solicitation list, they hang up on you. I suggested to the person reached at the number you list that her company needed to get this straightened out, and she said it didn't matter to them. So...either you have this wrong or they do. Which is it?

These fargin' losers. Same as others - 901 area code. The number was 190********. Of course it does not exist. She actually had the audacity to tell me that by asking the name of the company and the contact information I was wasting her time. What a beeeach. Tennesee phone number

So Ive been gettiing theses really annoying calls for a little while now. today I got it from a tennesee phone number865-292-**** I don't no who theses people are. When I first got ahold of an actual person I asked what the name of the company was and he very smart assed replied. account services do you want me to spell it out for you. Well I lost it. And I asked why a piece of crap scam company continues to call even though I'm on the do not call list. He responded by asking me if I were talking to god would I talk this way? I almost died laughing! He compared himself to god! This company or whatever it is has something seriously wrong with it. Please do not give them any type of info. There is no way this could ever be legit.

Account Services telemarketing calls

Like the rest of you I have been going through the same thing for the last 6-8 months. The number either comes up as "unknown" or appears to be foreign. Today, I finally decided that I was going to find out who is calling me and get their number or at least the company name and location. What a mistake...I got the "supervisor" who asked me if I thought she was *** enough to provide that information (although that is not how she said it). I plan on reporting them to the FCC as well, however, I think I speak for most us when I say that I would rather have a personal meeting with the "supervisor" and settle this matter woman to woman....wink,wink.

NO i am so pissed I have made it my full time job and to learn IT and how to trace masked calls just so i can find these people (or just at least one).

when i do i will visit their home and unload no more than 200 rounds on that person and their families.

It's probably fortunate that I don't know where Account Services is located. Otherwise, I'd go to their business and visit acts of violence on them that would land me in prison.

I'm averaging 3 calls a day from them. And the irony? They CAN'T lower my credit card rate because I'VE NEVER OWNED A CREDIT CARD! I thought that when Cardholder Services got busted, this harassment would end, but then Account Services (or is it Consumer Rewards) pops up to replace them.

Now I've got to send a whole new set of complaint forms to the FCC and FTC. grrrrrrrrr

Accounts service has called me once or twice a week , and even several time a day until I answer, for over a year, Each time I report them to the Do Not Call list - its a $16,00 fine. So far the do not call list has not stopped this company and it was also on the news.

Pressing the number to be taken off the list does not work, it only lets them proceed to the next call faster.

I only way I can fight back is to press 1, give them phony information to waste their time for as long as I can They have called me all sorts of names includint "***" I tell them I have recorded the call and will report them. You waste my time by calling now I waste yours until you stop.

The really frustrating thing about Account Services is that every time I get a call, the recorded message says: "Consider this your last opportunity." If only.

The last few times I got the call, I pushed "1" to speak to an agent and asked them to put me on the do not call list. Each time, I'm assured that they will.

Sadly, I started this topic 4 years ago and people are still being harassed in their own homes. I really feel like this is a form of terrorism.

If you knew how to locate these people you could file a restraining order. I don't even answer my home phone anymore. I even moved and changed my phone number and they got that one too. Your right the Do Not Call list does not work.

So I guess the question is does anyone have any idea on how we can stop this? At this point, I am open to anything.

We get these calls 3 & 4 times a day and even as late as 9:30 at night We have done all of the above make them think we are going to take them up on their offer.. We have a whistle that we use sometimes and they call right back..

They are very rude.. Yesterday I told the fellow to quit calling my number and he told me you can get more done with sugar than salt and I should go back to bed and get up on the right side of the bed.. I am just not going to answer the phone any more.

We have called the BBB in several states and they say they can't control the calls we have called the police and nothing happens... I am sure they have more important things to do ...

GROSS NEGLIGENCE

Do not use this company's direct deposit, they have no proper security in place. When you have a problem, you can't get the responsible (or irresponsible) individual to show no interest in your hard earned money. Its gross negligence, and a total disregard for your money, their responsibilities and the public's trust. I was supposed to receive a replacement to my expired MASTER card 11/08. Unfortunately, the card was intercepted somewhere in the mailing process. The card was activated and used for more than $1200.00 hundred dollars. This could not be possible if the company had a professional and proper activation process in place. It took them about six weeks for somebody to get back to me to detail the process and get a case started. The set of paperwork I received was terrible in accurate. So I had to get a new set of documents. So we are starting all over again, mind you, ten business days before the first set came out, and another ten days for the right ones to finally get to me. So I lost six weeks to start the process, and twenty days in the process. It all was submitted by late Dec '08. After a couple of months, I made several requests via email, but no response. Well today 03.12.09, I spent almost four hours trying to speak to the depart manager. I still did not get a manager.

Wait... you signed up with Account Services even though you should have notice MANY red flags from the beginning?

It's one thing to be annoyed that they CONSTANTLY violate the Do Not Call registry and also make up lies that don't even sound legit, but it's another to do business with them and then complain about it. Never, ever, EVER have your credit touched by any business that initiates the call to you.

Way to much money / lack of respect

I HAD A 7pm setting to do my taxes I was on time 5 min. into my prep David Wells gets up to help another couple who had just walked in. 20 min,later and with several interruptions later we finished. my wife stopped in the next day to sign the papers the next day I get call to have wife return to sign papers they had missed . This makes 42 miles traveled and 2 hours of our time. we had all papers and all info computer printouts to make this process as simple . 20 min to do $400.00+ to do.2 hours of our time . 42miles because of there mistakes = 0 dollars for us. our time is worth a *** of lot more than I am sorry , glen-cathy higgs
